Notice of Calgary Evergreen Community Association's (CECA) Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Calgary Evergreen Community Association will take place as follows:
Only individuals holding a valid CECA membership are entitled to vote at the AGM. To obtain a membership or renew please visit the page on our website: www.myceca.ca/membership
All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and participate. Your involvement is vital to the continued growth and success of our community. If joining virtually, the Google meet details are provided below.

Nominations:
Nominations are open for all positions!
If you are interested in volunteering for the Board of Directors or would like to nominate someone, below are the nomination forms. These forms need to be submitted before or at the AGM. Whomever is nominated will have to agree to become a CECA member if they are not already. Below is also the standing nominations of the board members that are running as incumbents. All positions are open, and if there is more than one person running for the same position there will be a vote at the first board meeting.
All standing nominees and nominees from the floor will be elected and then positions will be placed at the first board meeting.

- Presentation of the past year’s highlights and annual reports
- Review and approval of required business matters
- Election of the 2025–2026 CECA Board of Directors
- Community updates and discussion of future initiatives
- Question-and-answer session with the Board of Directors and the elected officials that are attending
