At the AGM highlights of the past year will be presented, we will conduct the business that is required, and will elect the 2024-2025 CECA Board of Directors.
The AGM needs a quorum of 20 members in good standing. If you cannot attend, please send a proxy. Proxy info below.
We will have a Q&A session with the board, and the elected officials of the area that are able to attend.
To vote at the AGM you will have to be a valid CECA member.

Nominations are open for all positions!
If you are interested in volunteering for the Board of Directors or would like to nominate someone, below are the nomination forms. These forms need to be submitted before or at the AGM. Whomever is nominated will have to agree to become a CECA member if they are not already. Below is also the standing nominations of the board members that are running as incumbents. All positions are open, and if there is more than one person running for the same position there will be a vote at the first board meeting.
All standing nominees and nominees from the floor will be elected and then positions will be placed at the first board meeting.
