Evergreen Housing Project Update
HomeSpace Society has been selected by the City of Calgary to develop non-market family housing on City-owned land at 2525 Eversyde Ave SW (Evergreen).
This project will include approximately 45–50 townhome-style units for families with children who are transitioning out of housing insecurity. The project is part of Calgary’s citywide housing strategy and the location has already been approved by the City.
While the Community Association does not have the authority to approve or stop this development, we believe it is very important that Evergreen residents are fully informed and have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on how this project is designed and operated in our neighbourhood.

- See the proposed site layout and building design
- Ask questions about safety, parking, traffic, and property management
- Learn who will live there and how the site will be managed
- Share feedback that will be reviewed as part of the development process
