Evergreen Residents — Important Community Update
HomeSpace Society has been selected by the City of Calgary to develop non‑market family housing at 2525 Eversyde Ave SW. The project will provide 45–50 townhome‑style units for families transitioning out of housing insecurity and forms part of Calgary’s approved housing strategy.
Although the Community Association does not have authority over this development, we are committed to ensuring residents remain informed and able to share their perspectives.
