CALGARY EVERGREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (CECA) has partnered with KICK FOR FIT to offer these exciting KICKBOXING FOR KIDS SESSIONS

Kickboxing can be a fun sports activity for kids that helps promote a healthy lifestyle and physical strength.
These kickboxing classes not only teach kids the fundamentals of kickboxing, but also assist with self-confidence, discipline and motivation. With the proper training in the encouraging environment, kids have the opportunity to develop self-esteem and respect for other people and mostly important - for themselves. The classes focus on proper technique while ensuring the kids are having a great time. The instructors Irina and Margarita are very experienced and their passion comes though in their teaching.

Ages 8-16
