CECA Board Meetings

Board meetings are open to all CECA members and Evergreen residents.

​Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except for July, no meeting) from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Cardel Rec South - 333 Shawville Blvd SE.

Are you interested in getting involved in the Evergreen community, becoming a member, volunteering, or just talk about what is happening in Evergreen? This is a great opportunity to find out. Meet who is representing your community in Calgary, learn what we have planned, how you can get involved and ask any questions or bring up any concerns that you might have about the community.

Please note that the Board meeting agenda is typically finalized a few days prior to the meeting and can already be quite full.  There are a few ways for members at large (and/or residents) to bring forward items for consideration at a CECA Board meeting:

1. As each Board meeting has regular reports from its Committees, consider which CECA Committee or Director your topic/issue might belong to and contact them well in advance of the meeting for them to sponsor/include your issue; or
2. Contact mailto:[email protected] ideally no less than 2-wks prior to the Board meeting.
3. You can also contact us at [email protected] to see if your community concern can be addressed otherwise.

All Board meeting attendees are expected to observe decorum and follow standard meeting conventions (e.g. Robert's Rules of Order).
