With the holidays fast approaching, experts warn to be mindful of where we place decorations like Christmas lights because they can be dangerous to wildlife. It's the time of year that bucks rub their antlers on trees to mark their territory, and that leads to a lot of getting tangled in Christmas lights. While decorating outdoor, please remember not put Christmas lights in bushes and trees which are low to the ground. People have seen deer with Christmas lights entangled in their antlers and they are clearly terrified and trying to outrun the objects hanging from their heads.
